DECENTRALIZED COUNSELLING AND ADMISSION FOR B.TECH. (1st year), 2020-21

As per Notification No. 358-Edn(T)/10M-86/15 dated 30.11.2020, Department of Higher
Education, Government of West Bengal, applications in the prescribed format are invited through online( e-mail
id. : admissionkgec2020@gmail.com) from the candidates along with soft copy of all testimonials (self-attested ) listed below for admission into B.Tech. 1st year against vacant seats for the year 2020-2021 as per
following eligibility criteria within 6
th December 2020 up to 10-00 p.m.

A) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

a) Participating candidates must be domiciled in West Bengal.
b) Participating candidates besides fulfilling all the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions
as stipulated by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board in respect of the
examination ‘WBJEE-2020’ for admission to any such technical courses must have obtained a
valid WBJEE -2020 Merit rank.
c) Allotment shall be made strictly on the basis of WBJEE -2020 Merit rank and preference of a
candidate
