❖GUIDELINES FOR COOKERY

Performers have to utilize the ingredients which are leftover in the house to prepare
a creative dish.
The participant has to be visible in the video and record displaying and explaining
the dish (ingredients used, the cooking method used, etc).
The dish should be explained properly giving details of ingredients used, its uses,
how it is useful to our body, etc.
The participant should mention his/her name and the city they belong to at the
beginning of the video.
The video should not be any longer than 4+1 minutes.
Non -fire Cooking
Performers have to present a dish/dessert which is prepared without using fire.
The participant has to be visible in the video and record displaying and explaining
the dish (ingredients used, the presentation, method used etc).
The participant should mention his/her name and the city they belong to at the
beginning of the video.
The video should not be any longer than 4+1 minutes.
Immunity Boosting Drink
The performer has to be prepare a drink (non-alcoholic) using the ingredient that
acts as immunity boosters.
The participant has to be visible in the video and record displaying t and explaining
the drink (ingredients used, the presentation, method used etc).
The participant should mention his/her name and the city they belong to at the
beginning at the video.
The video should not be any longer than 4+1 minutes.
Participants to give special emphasis on the presentation of the dishes prepared.
Try to utilize the ingredients which are easily available at home.
Judging will be carried out separately for each category. The criteria of judging will be
1) Presentation 2) Explanation of the preparation 3) Utilization of the ingredient.
GUIDELINES FOR FINE ARTS
Doodle
The participant can doodle on any topic as per their choice.
The artwork should be in the size of 8.5×11 inch (300 dpi), landscape/portrait layout.
Any software might be used.
No watermarks are allowed.
Any artwork must be original in design.
Sketching
The participant can sketch on any topic as per their choice.
The artwork should be in the size of 8.5×11 inch (300 dpi), landscape/portrait layout.
No watermarks are allowed.
Face painting
The participant can paint on their/model’s face on any topic of their choice.
No edited pictures will be appreciated.
No watermarks are allowed.
Digital poster
The participant can make posters on any topic as per their choice.
The artwork should be in the size of 8.5×11 inch (300dpi), landscape/portrait layout.
No watermarks are allowed.
Any artwork must be original in design.
Poster designs containing clipart and brushes will not be considered by judges.
T-shirt painting
The participant can paint on a t-shirt on any topic of their choice.

Classical
Maximum 3 dancers can perform together.
Every performer has to be visible equally while performing.
Performance should not be any longer than 4+1 minutes.
Proper attire will be appreciated.
Free-form
Maximum 3 dancers can perform together.
The performer can use a maximum of 2 props.
Performance should not be any longer than 4+1 minutes.
Proper attire will be appreciated.
Modern
Maximum 3 dancers can perform together.
Maximum 2props can be used.
Performance should not be any longer than 4+1 minutes.
