Digital Poster / Wallpaper Making competition on Green & Clean Energy
Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India, is committed to making oil conservation & energy conservation a National Movement. PCRA has organized a “Digital Poster / Wallpaper Making competition” through MyGov Portal with an aim to generate awareness about the conservation of fuel. The theme for the competition is “Green & Clean Energy”.
The last date for submission is 14th February 2022.
Terms and Conditions
(i) The contest is open to Indian Nationals only.
(ii) All Indian Citizens are eligible to participate in the competition.
(iii) Multiple entries by a participant are not allowed. In case it is found, all the entries will be
considered as invalid for the said participant.
(iv) All entries must be submitted on MyGov portal. Entries submitted through any other
mode will not be considered for evaluation.
(v) The participant should make sure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated
since the PCRA would be using this for further communication. This includes details such
as name, photo, complete postal address, email id and phone number. Entries with
incomplete profiles would not be considered. Participant & profile owner should be
same.
(vi) The digital poster / wallpaper should be at least 1024×768 resolution with 4:3 screen size
or 1280×720 resolution for 16:9 wide screen.
(vii) Designed digital poster / wallpaper should be saved as JPEG file.
(viii) Description of your design should be saved as pdf file in up to 250 words.
(ix) A participant can send only one entry. In case it is found that any participant has
submitted more than one entry, all the entries will be considered as invalid for the said
participant.
(x) Please note that the digital poster / wallpapermust be original and should not violate any
provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. The same should not have been previously
published in any print and digital media. If anyone found infringing on others, copyright
will be disqualified from the competition.
(xi) PCRA does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of
intellectual property carried out by the participants.
(xii) The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
(xiii) Mention of the author’s name/emails, etc. anywhere in the body will lead to
disqualification.
(xiv) PCRA does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced contents.
(xv) PCRA takes no responsibility for corrupted or late entry.
(xvi) PCRA reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the competition and / or the
Terms & Conditions / Guidelines / Technical Parameters / Evaluation Criteria. Evaluation is
likely to take 3 months after close of the competition.
(xvii) PCRA reserves its right to rationalise the prizes in case the entries do not conform to the
general standard of entries. The decision taken by PCRA in this regard will be final and
binding.
(xviii) No request relating to claims or re-evaluation of the entries will be considered.
(xix) At any stage of evaluation, if an entry is found to violate the guidelines, the entry will be
removed from the evaluation process without giving any intimation.
(xx) Top 2 submissions will receive a certificate and Laptop & next best 3 submissions will receive
a certificate and Tab as a reward from PCRA. A certificate of participation will be issued to all
participants.
(xxi) Each of the winners will be notified through the email address that they provide along with
their submission. PCRA (www.pcra.org) portal shall display the names of winners.
